1 General Terms & Conditions

Money bet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between money bet and the user.

2 Account Registration & Usage

To register with money bet, you must provide accurate and complete information. If an account is created using false details, money bet reserves the right to close that account and forfeit any funds held within it at any time.

• Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login details must be kept strictly confidential — never share them with anyone.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to money bet immediately.
• If any information provided at registration changes, please update your account as soon as possible.
• Using another person's account, or selling or transferring your account, is strictly prohibited.
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools will result in permanent account suspension.

As part of the account verification process, money bet may request identification, proof of address, or other documents at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

Money bet is an adults-only platform. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use money bet. This is not a flexible rule — it is a legal requirement.

• At registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Money bet may request a National ID or Birth Registration Certificate at any time for age verification purposes.
• If false age information is proven, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings forfeited.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
• Account verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Money bet does not charge any transaction fees; however, charges from your mobile banking provider may apply.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, money bet may place your withdrawal on hold pending the completion of an investigation.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of typically 10x to 30x must be completed.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Bonuses are for gameplay on money bet only and cannot be directly withdrawn.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature).
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the bet will be settled as a single.
• If match-fixing or unusual betting patterns are detected, money bet reserves the right to void the relevant bets.

10 Account Suspension or Closure

Money bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Cheating, match-fixing, or any attempt to win through fraudulent means.
• Registering with a false identity or misrepresenting your age.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Misconduct toward money bet staff or other players.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. However, in cases of rule violations, all funds may be forfeited. You may also request to close your account at any time.

11 Terms Update Policy

Money bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time as needed. For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given.
